Case Study: Scottish and Southern Energy
Fintech Consultants' white-labelled solutions enabled Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) to launch a range of broadband and fixed-line services to its home energy customers in conjunction with BT Wholesale.
The white-labelled solutions were adapted for use within SSE's own customer service centres enabling agents to have a real-time view of the progression of orders. Each of SSE's brands was fully supported, with agents able to switch between brands at the click of a button as required.
